Nabla RNTC Insulator

The Nabla RNTC Insulator is a critical component of the Nabla RNTC rail fastening system, a specialized elastic track fastening assembly used primarily on concrete sleepers. 

Key Functions

• Electrical Insulation: It provides electrical isolation between the steel rail and the concrete sleeper, essential for signal track circuits.

• Gauge Adjustment: It is installed between the rail and the tie plate to help maintain and adjust the rail gauge.

• Vibration Reduction: In conjunction with rail pads and clips, it helps reduce vibration and ambient noise. 

Technical Specifications

These insulators are typically manufactured from high-strength reinforced nylon (often PA66 with 30-35% glass fiber) to withstand heavy mechanical loads.
