What Are Track Bolts?

Track bolts for rail fastening also called rail bolts, are used to fasten steel rail ends together at a fish plate. The shape and sizes of track bolts are varying with the requirements of the section of rail. The diameter and length of track bolts can be determined by checking the applicable railway standard.

Track bolt for rail fastening are usually made of high strength steel. On the aspect of function,high strength bolts are used to connect the steel rail together. The running train gives huge vibration and load to the rail track. The high strength track bolts prevent the track from movement and ensure the safety. All of track bolts are of high strength. They are different kinds of track bolts,such as oval neck track bolt, Rail bolt NF F50-008, fish bolt, Clip bolt HS26 & HS32, Special bolt, etc.

We can make railway track bolt with different designs as per different standards such as UIC864-2,UIC,GB,BS,DIN,GOST or ISO, with grade 5.6, grade 8.8, grade 10.9 and grade 12.9, including American Standard grade 5 and grade 8, with diameter from 14mm and 36mm.

Tunnel bolt, High tensile square head bolt, and other special shape bolts are also available.
