Components of Nabla Fastening System

The Nabla fastening system is normally comprised of following components:

1. Nabla clip. It is a blade-like clip with a round hole in the middle. The Nabla blade is made up of alloy spring steel according to NF F50-015 standard.

2. Nabla insulator. The insulator looks like a thick trapezoidal shovel. The insulator is specially designed for the Nabla clip.The Nabla insulator is also named as support pad or rail gauge baffle.

3. Screw spike (or bolt) with Spring washer or Nut.  

4. Rail pad.

If the Nabla fastening system is combined by screw spikes, spring washers is needed. If the Nabla fastening system is combined by bolts,nuts is indispensable.
