Shape of Nabla clip

The Nabla clip's special shape creates a stable toe load on the rails when the nut is torqued. It is shaped like a thick trapezoidal shovel with a round hole in the middle.

Raw material and performance of Nabla clip

1. Material: 60Si2MnA

2. Surface: Red/Black painting 

3. Packing: Plastic bags and wooden pallets or according to clients' requirement.

4. The hardness of this elastic rail clip is HRC51-55 and with load 2500DaN. After the first two tests, variation of the height after releasing is only 0.45mm and after three more tests, there is only 0.1mm variation of height.

 The finished Nabla clip can be painted red or other colors. It is according to the requirement of client.
