Rail cut track spike is also called rail dog spike. It is a large, specialized nail used to secure railroad rails to wooden ties (sleepers) on a railway track, featuring a distinctive wedge-shaped head that is hammered into the tie to hold the rail firmly in place; essentially, it's the primary fastening mechanism for attaching rails to the track structure.

123,000pcs rail cut track spikes in barrels are shipped to the USA on December 14th 2024. These rail cut track spikes are well inspected by the 3rd laboratory approved by customer. Meanwhile, the customer also appointed professionals from another third-party testing company to conduct on-site spot checks and testing before shipment. These spikes performance well. They are able to meet the requirements of AREMA Manual for Railway Engineering(American Railway Engineering and maintenance-of-way Association ).

The min tensile strength of these rail cut spikes is 70,000 psi. The min yield strength of these rail cut spikes is 46,000 psi.The min elongation of these cut spikes in 2inch is percent 25. The body of a full-size finished spikes stand being bent cold through 120 degrees around a pin, the diameter of which is not greater than the thickness of the spike without cracking on the outside of the bent portion. The head of a full-size finished spikes stand being bent backward to an angle of 55 degrees with the line of the face of the spike, without cracking on the outside of the bent portion. The 123,000pcs rail cut track spikes made in our factory done well. During the 3rd laboratory inspecting, everything passed and it's up-to standard.
