Rail Clamp for P43 Rail

Rail clamps for P43 rail (43kg/m rail) are heavy-duty fasteners primarily used to secure crane beams and industrial tracks. The most common standard is the TG43 (part of the WJK series), which is a welded rail fixture designed for stable alignment in high-load industrial applications.

Material: Typically cast steel or hot-forged Q235/Q345 steel.

Features: Includes a vulcanized rubber tongue to provide buffering and seismic resistance.

GDGL-2 Rail Clamp: A welded heavy-duty clip specifically sized for P43 rail, known for high resistance against lateral forces.

Combined Clamp Plate (38-43kg): Used for emergency or temporary connections of cracked rail ends.

Installation Overview

Base Welding: The base plate is welded to the steel beam or support plate using low-hydrogen electrodes (E4315 or E5015).

Assembly: The T-bolt is inserted into the base slot, followed by the wedge adjusting plate.

Securing: The press plate, washers, and nut are installed and tightened to the specified torque after adjusting for full contact with the rail flange.
