The TG43 WJK Rail Clamp is a standard welded rail fixture specifically engineered for securing P43 (43kg/m) rails to steel or concrete crane beams. It is characterized by its three-part assembly consisting of a weldable base, an upper cover plate, and a spherical hinge T-bolt.
Signum Rail Fastening is able to offer rail clamps(rail clips) according to the client’s requirements.

The performance of the TG43 is largely determined by the material and bolt grade selected:
Variant Base Material Bolt Grade Max Lateral Force Tightening Torque
Standard Q235 Steel Grade C 45 KN 150 Nm
Enhanced Q345 Steel Grade 8.8 55 KN 220 Nm
Spherical Hinge Connection: The T-bolt and base connect via a spherical joint, which allows for slight rail movement to reduce impact on the crane beam and braking system.
Weldable Base: The base plate is welded directly to the support structure using low-hydrogen electrodes (such as E4315 or E5015), eliminating the need for drilling.
Vibration Damping: Often used with elastic composite rubber pads (full-length or intermittent) to absorb shocks and minimize noise.
Base Welding: Weld the base to the beam using two-sided (middle duty) or three-sided (heavy duty) welds.
Assembly: Place the rail, then insert the T-bolt, wedge adjustment plate, and upper cover plate.
Final Fastening: Install the washers and nut, then tighten to the required torque until the spring washer is compressed.
