Material & Manufacturing

• Steel Grade: Most 4-hole fishplates are forged from high-strength carbon steel, such as 55# (Chinese standard) or 40#/50#.

• Mechanical Properties: They are engineered for a tensile strength of 550–650 MPa and an elongation of at least 18% to withstand the high stress and impact of rail operations.

• Standards Compliance: These parts are manufactured to meet international UIC864-4 and UIC864-8 specifications.

• Surface Treatment: Common finishes include plain or black oil to prevent corrosion during shipping and storage.
